Information pursuant to Section 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree n.
196/2003. We hereby inform you that the data entered in the form contained in
the “Contacts” section at www.cafenoir.it shall be processed to supply
information regarding the services provided and the activities proposed by CAFè
NOIR S.R.L. Said information shall be treated and stored using electronic and
data processing systems as well as on paper and all other suitable means, by
persons specifically appointed to this task, in accordance with all the minimum
security measures provided for by the Technical Specifications Concerning
Minimum Security Measures, Annex B of the Code and collected at the indicated
registered offices, in order to comply with the obligations required by the law,
provisions and EU regulations and to manage relationships existing in every
phase (pre-contract, contract, contentious procedures, etc). Consenting to
treatment of the data, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, is
required in order to allow CAFè NOIR S.R.L. to provide the services requested by
the user.
Choosing not to provide the required data may result in the impossibility of the
controller to guarantee proper treatment in accordance with the contract as well
as failure to comply with the laws in force. Unless explicit permission is
given, treated data shall be neither circulated nor communicated to third
parties for commercial purposes except in the cases provided for in Section 16
of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. As an involved party, you may at any
time and without prejudice, have recourse to the rights expressed in Section 7
of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (to which we ask you to refer), by
contacting the Data Controller at CAFè NOIR S.R.L with registered offices in San

Processors, persons in charge of processing and any third party recipients of
personal data communications is available at the above-mentioned offices. When
the “ACCEPT” box is checked, you declare to have read and understood the
information herewith contained and freely and specifically accept that your
personal data be used also for the following purposes: a) corporate i.e.
business activities of the writer; b) activities strictly connected to and
instrumental for providing the Service; c) statistical purposes and activities
aimed at monitoring the degree of satisfaction and of commercial and interactive
communication as well as forwarding of promotional, advertising and sales
material of products and services, also by connected and/or controlled and/or
controlling companies or third parties.
